Adobe Illustrator
My submission for the Vector Lovers contest this month. Theme is design using Blue, Yellow & White only. This was my first real "design" in Illustrator as I normally do my girls. Hope you like!

Thanks so much! She was fun to make! This was a bit of a challenge as these are not colors in my normal palette but I was happy with the result!
